New patient to Dr. Saadi following an inpatient stay from which he provided pulmonology services. He ordered an outpatient sleep study which indicated severe sleep apnea. Follow up was an appointment with his NP in which a CPAP machine and oxygen were recommended and ordered. I was told the machine and oxygen would be delivered to my home and a technician would come out to assure the mask fit appropriately. I heard nothing for a week then called the office several times before the NP called back who informed me that it could be three to four weeks for their office to process the order and get me the CPAP as they were severely behind.
